Tŷ Hafan provides a vital lifeline to families, helping them when they need it most, and enabling them to create precious memories with their children during their short lives, as well as at end-of-life and beyond.
Hope House Ty Gobaith
We have two hospices- Hope House in Oswestry and Tŷ Gobaith in Conwy. Our dedicated teams support families from diagnosis, throughout the lifetime of their child and beyond.
We believe that no one should suffer the death of a child alone and that pain beyond words needs support without limits.
We are so grateful to all those who support us in whatever way they can, enabling us to continue to provide vital care for the children and families who need us.
